Alex Chompff

Former U.S. Marine turned technology and finance leader. Active venture capitalist and co-founder supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. Passionate about building companies, ecosystems, and economic growth.

Member of Sacramento Angels and Executive Director of Evolution Accelerator. Mentors emerging entrepreneurs through UC Davis, Sacramento State, and National Labs programs, expanding access to capital and opportunity.

Moreen Lane

Leader in social equity and economic development with 40+ years of experience. Expert in building collaborative, community-driven strategies that drive workforce and regional impact. Former California State Deputy Director for ReadyNation and long-time public policy leader.

Dedicated to advancing equitable systems that support women, families, and sustainable economic growth. Moreen has served as the Board President for Team Giving, Chair, NAWBO Sacramento Valley Foundation, Director – Public Policy, NAWBO California Board, and was a member of the California steering committee for Million Women Mentors California.

Charley Ansbach
