Question of the day
I would facilitate inter-ministerial co-ordination in the execution of projects for instance, among the ministries concerned with health promotion activities, so that each of the pertinent ministries would shadow one another (keep check of each other). This, I beleive would bring about some form of accountability which would subsequently spawn progressive growth in the health spectrum.
